Besides being a very active Realtor since 1981, David has experience in nearly every area of residential real estate. Since David became a Real Estate Broker in 1986, he has owned a real estate brokerage, marketed and assisted in establishing many well-known home builders in Winnipeg, and successfully sold numerous new condominium developments and thousands of homes for his clients.
